Two kinds of roof, one standard of work
For independent houses and villas on a CSPDCL domestic connection. Housing societies and common areas are covered too.
For businesses with a daytime load, which is when solar generates: shops, schools, hospitals, cold storage and light industry.
Solar for pumps, farmhouses and cold rooms — less diesel, and power that doesn't depend on the grid. PM-KUSUM subsidy is not currently available through us.
Solar options under CSERC rules
We assess the appropriate route against your connections, site and current eligibility. Availability and approvals are confirmed before a contract.
Panels on your roof, on your own connection. The simplest route, and the one most homes and small businesses take.
One plant on your best roof; its surplus credits the bill of your other connections in the same name, in the same CSPDCL area.
One plant shared by many members — housing societies, government and institutional users. Not available to commercial or industrial consumers.
A ground-mounted or large rooftop plant, on your land or elsewhere in the state, feeding your business. 100 kW and above.

02 / SERVICES
We are not tied to one manufacturer. What suits your roof, your budget and the warranty you want is what we quote. Your quotation names the make of the major components — modules, inverter and battery — and the type of mounting structure, and gives one project cost before you agree to anything. The balance of system is our design and our choice.
How it works
Free, at your roof. We measure the usable area, check shading and confirm your sanctioned load.
A written quotation naming your panel, inverter and battery makes and the structure type, at one project cost.
National portal and CSPDCL paperwork. We prepare and file it; the sanction itself rests with the authority.
Electrical work carried out under the supervision of a Class-A electrical contractor, to IS standards.
Commissioning, net-metering test, your documents — then five years of maintenance cover.

On a subsidised PM Surya Ghar system your five-year cover follows the scheme's comprehensive maintenance terms: scheduled visits, system checks, and repair or replacement of a failed component at no cost to you, with the manufacturer's own warranty behind the equipment. Cleaning beyond the scheduled visits, consumables, and damage from storms, animals, civil work or misuse fall outside that cover and are quoted at reasonable rates for your approval before any work starts. Cover for other systems is as set out in your contract.
Transparent payments
Standard installation milestones are shown below. Your accepted quotation sets the payment schedule for your project.
Percentages apply to the GST-inclusive contract total. Equipment-only supply is paid in advance. Every payment is receipted. For an installed system, the final invoice states the project cost and the GST on it.

HP Solar Systems is a partnership firm based in Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur. We design, supply, install and maintain solar PV systems for homes, businesses and farms across Chhattisgarh.
Our partners bring 23 years of combined experience in electrical contracting and solar project work. We handle net metering, CSPDCL approvals and subsidy paperwork alongside the installation itself.
